AnnotationPin requires x and y (viewport pixels), accepts optional label (LocalizedMessage), variant (AnnotationPinVariant.Warning | Archived), ref, and data-* attributes. It is pointer-events: none and fixed with popover stacking. Viewport centering is handled inside the part; there is no public hook.
